This was my first time coming to Shine. My last experience at a salon left me in tears for a week…. I was assured that Cassidy is one of the best and my oh my did they tell the truth. I walked out feeling confident and beautiful. Cassidy saw the problem prior and knew just what she needed to do to correct my hair. Cassidy is talented, knowledgeable and extremely personable.
