Shine Salon and Whitney Randall did an excellent job!!! Really love that I was greeted with LOTS of smiles and offered a beverage right away when I arrived. It was a wonderful experience and I really LOVED my stylist! She was very attentive in listening to what I wanted for a cut. I will definitely be going back!
