After coloring my own hair for 40 years, I had a serious mis-adventure. A couple salons didn't even call me back, and one stylist I met with just looked at me sadly and said she wouldn't know where to start or what to tell me. I didn't know exactly how I was going to cover my hair for the next six months. I had a consultation at Shine. Everyone I came in contact with was kind and helpful. When I came back a week later for the color, I was really apprehensive. Kristina did a fabulous job. My colleagues and friends love it. *I'm* not used to it, [yet] but it's growing on me! I can't thank them enough. When no one else seemed to know what to do, Shine saved the day.
