tldr: stay away if you have bangs!!! really pretty inside and nice people. the gloss they put on my hair is beautiful, but she absolutely butchered my bangs. they are sticking out of my head straight, even after curling them. they’re way too short and as soon as i saw them in the salon i almost started crying. i’m so afraid to go to salons to get my bangs trimmed but i went to a salon in boston that cut them perfectly so i was hoping this place would do a decent job too considering the great reviews, but they’re way too short even after taking a shower the next day and styling my hair like i usually do. the side pieces are also way too short, it almost looks like i have a bowl cut 🥲
