Response from Shine Salon Hi H R - as we discussed via email, I'm sorry that your initial highlight didn't come out as you wanted and you are correct, the stylist you worked with no longer works here however we did get you in asap and did another highlight/toning to fix your highlights at NO charge. We would not refund when we've already done a completely free service with another stylist to fix the highlight. We wish you the best.
